All Account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. No currency conversion fees are charged by scor808 on MYR-native transactions.
6.1.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, loyalty rewards, and any other promotional credits offered by scor808 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to these general Terms.
6.1.2 Each User is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once, at the time of their initial deposit. Subsequent accounts created by the same individual, household, device, or IP address for the purpose of claiming additional welcome bonuses will be treated as bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
6.1.3 scor808 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice, except where a User has already qualified for and accepted the offer.
6.2.1 All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Account.
6.2.2 Certain game categories may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements, or may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rates for each game type will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
6.3.1 scor808 actively monitors Account activity for indicators of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin arbitrage betting with bonus funds, systematic exploitation of promotional offers, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and any other behaviour that is not consistent with genuine recreational wagering.
6.3.2 Where scor808 reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, the Platform reserves the right to void any bonuses credited, reclaim bonus-derived winnings, and permanently restrict the User's access to promotions or to the Platform itself.
7.1.1 All bets placed on scor808 are final once confirmed by the User. It is the User's responsibility to review all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager. scor808 will not reverse or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances explicitly provided for in these Terms or in the applicable sport-specific rules.
7.1.2 scor808 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: the bet exceeds the maximum stake limits, there is evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting activity, the event is subject to an ongoing integrity investigation, or odds were published due to a manifest error.
7.2.1 While scor808 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of odds published on the Platform, pricing errors may occur. In the event that a manifest pricing error is identified — defined as odds that are clearly erroneous relative to fair market value at the time of placement — scor808 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the User's Account.
7.3.1 Live in-play betting markets are suspended during critical match events (goals, red cards, penalties) and may be subject to delays in price updating. scor808 shall not be liable for losses arising from decisions made based on live data feeds that are subject to transmission delays.
7.3.2 scor808 reserves the right to void any in-play wager placed after the event or market outcome has already been determined, regardless of whether the outcome was known to the User at the time of placement.

Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any eligible Account balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, scor808 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including losses resulting from: interruption of service, transmission errors, third-party acts, or any event outside scor808's reasonable control.
13.2 scor808's total aggregate liability to any User for any direct loss shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
